Pilates in the Vineyard

Pilates in the vineyard starts this Friday at noon at DiBella Winery 🌿✨ Come move, breathe, and recharge with me in a beautiful vineyard setting. Bring your mat, invite a friend, and join us for a joyful afternoon of movement and fresh air 🤍 This event is only for 21+. Includes a glass of wine. $20 cash or Venmo only due at the door. Please arrive a few minutes early.

Hey!! I’m Nicolette, a Yoga and Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected through movement. I believe wellness is about more than exercise — it’s about creating space for balance, joy, and presence in everyday life. When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors, spending time with my kids, and embracing the beauty of living local and staying connected to my community. I’m deeply inspired by new beginnings, and I believe life continues to open up in meaningful and beautiful ways at every stage.
